Permanently disable downloading Windows 10 updates

Using the WEB utility (https://www.sordum.org/9470/windows-update-blocker-v1-6), you can permanently disable downloading windows 10 updates.

Transfer this utility to the reference (mother) system and disable downloading updates using it, so that you do not perform this on each clone. Disabling is very simple – just select "Disable Updates" and click "Apply Now".

Please note! I highly recommend disabling update downloads, as this is done to reduce the traffic consumption of your proxies, if proxies are purchased with the volume of traffic during use, and also to avoid losing proxy speed.
