Phone verification when signup gmail

I have rate 50% successfully signup Gmail without phone verification when I'm running AD on my laptop with graphic card onboard. But when I'm running AD on the new PC with dedicated graphic card, it has 100% phone verification. Do you have any advise for this issue please ? Thank you.
